PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the writer and is handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

COOKIES

MINORS

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
EU country: personal data are stored on servers located a in Italy and as backup, within the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will have the right to move the servers outside the EU as well. In this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission or subject to the consent of the data subject.
Extra-EU country: personal data for the purposes indicated in this policy will be stored on servers located in Italy at Aruba Business servers and backups in European Union countries. The Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of extra-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 77 of the EU Regulation, the Data Subject is informed that:
he/she has the right to request from the Company as data controller access to his/her personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing concerning him/her or to object to its processing, transfer to another data controller of his/her data in the cases provided for;
any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – will be communicated by the Writer to each of the controllers to whom the personal data have been transmitted;
has the right to file a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and directions published on the official website of the Authority at garanteprivacy.it.
The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.
